My husband and I worked with Ally when purchasing our first home – which ended up being an incredibly difficult and delayed process due to new construction; Ally was great though. She was very responsive to us and was very connected to the seller’s broker and other people involved in the process. Ally helped us through challenging negotiations both with the purchase price and punch list. She also connected us with a couple options for both our lender and attorney, and also had a few contractors she recommended (although we did not need them in the end). I met Ally when searching for a Boston apartment (then living in NYC) a few years ago and she was able to help me find an one bedroom very quickly and even posted the moving truck parking permits since I lived out of town.
